• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without explanation.
• I reserve the right to add my watermark/signature to all work.
• Commissioners must be 18 or older to purchase art from me.
• I may take longer than estimated on complex pieces - I will communicate any delays.
• Do not rush or pressure me. Doing so may result in cancellation (with a partial refund depending on the stage of completion) of your commission.
• I work on commissions in the order they are received unless stated otherwise.
• I have a full time job and am chronically ill - please be patient.

payment

• Payment is required upfront in full before I begin work. No exceptions.
• Prices are listed in USD.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• If work has begun, refunds may be partial depending on the stage of completion (such as sketch vs final). If I have not started yet or if I need to cancel on my end, a full refund will always be issued.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving work will result in a permanent blacklist. I reserve the right to provide evidence of completed work to dispute the claim.

process...

• I will send a sketch/WIP for approval before proceeding to the final piece.
• Up to 2 minor revisions are included at the sketch stage - additional revisions may incur a fee. Major changes after approval may incur an additional fee.
• Minor revisions include small adjustments (color, markings, expression). Major revisions include changes to pose, composition, or character design.
• Once the piece is in the final lineart/coloring stage, only minor revisions (such as simple color swaps) are accepted.
• Please provide clear references and descriptions. I am not responsible for errors caused by unclear information.
• Final files will be delivered digitally. I am not responsible for long-term file storage - please save your copy.

usage rights...

• You may post the finished piece to your personal accounts with credit to me (feral4feral or a link to this site).
• Do not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature.
• Do not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (selling prints, merchandise, NFTs, AI training data, etc).
• I retain the right to post the finished piece to my own gallery and portfolio unless you purchase full privacy rights. Privacy rights mean the artwork will not be posted publicly. Contact me to discuss this.
• I retain all copyright to my artwork at all times.
• Do not use my artwork to generate AI images or train AI models under any circumstances.
